Center for Support and Development of Education and Culture– E&C Center, under Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, is a non-governmental organization having main projects and programs on science research, consultation and coordination of individuals, organizations, communities and their partners in the field of education, culture and community.

 

* Mission: E & C becomes motivation for sustainable development of society step by step.

 

* Goal: science research, consultation and coordination of cooperation projects and programs of individuals, organizations and  communities and their partners in the field of education, culture and  community.

 

* Strategy: Identify the needs, capacity and life quality of communities while providing solutions.  Connect the community to  policy  makers. Use  mass media as a tool to create the effect of social changes on education and  culture

 

* License operation:  The Centre was established under Decision No. 1781 / QD - LHH December 8, 2008, certificate of registration No. A - 371 of Ministry of Science & Technology December 11, 2008 .
